2 ⅔cupsBisquick Mix
1 ⅓cupsmashed bananasripe bananas are the best
1/4cupmilk
2/3cupsugar
3tablespoonsvegetable oil
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
3eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
Stir together bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Once mixed, add in Bisquick mix. Mix until combined (avoid over-mixing).
Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes. To check the doneness, insert a toothpick into the center. The loaf is done if the toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the bread pan. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use extra ripe bananas to achieve the best flavor. To ripen a banana faster, place them in a brown bag and close the top loosely. They will ripen in 24 hours.
