Cream Cheese Crescent Roll Dessert Recipe

If you love cheesecake, you’ll certainly love this cream cheese crescent ring. They’re creamy and flakey, and delicious with a light glaze on top. You can shape this into a festive ring, making it perfect for weekend breakfasts, brunch, and holidays as well!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 8- oz package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until well blended.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough to form a large rectangle. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  • Starting on long edge, roll up dough and pinch the edge to seal. Then slice into a dozen pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Place pieces on prepared baking sheet in a circle, overlapping slightly. Bake 18 minutes or until golden.
  • Meanwhile prepare icing by whisking powdered sugar and milk together in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm crescent ring. Serve and enjoy!
