Greek Salad with Kalamata Olives
Loaded with olives and vegetables, this greek salad is flavorful, refreshing, and so delicious!

- ⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 English cucumber sliced
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 5 oz feta cheese cubed
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced onions
- ⅓ cup fresh mint leaves
- your favorite dressing
In a large mixing bowl, add olives, cucumber, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and onions.
Drizzle with the dressing and very gently toss. Season to taste and serve.
