Michelada and Chelada are two beer cocktails that have become increasingly popular in recent years, offering a refreshing twist to the classic beer-drinking experience. While they might sound similar, they each boast unique characteristics that set them apart.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Mexican lager beer
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of chili powder
  • ice
  • lime wedges and salt for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim a tall glass with lime juice and dip it into a plate of salt to coat the rim.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and soy sauce to the glass.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and chili powder into the mix.
  • Pour the beer into the glass and gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Garnish with lime wedges. Serve and enjoy!
