Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 3 tablespoons sugar plus more if needed
  • 1/2 cup water plus more if needed
  • optional ice

Instructions

  • Peel the grapefruit and remove the pith.
  • Use a fork to remove the seeds.
  • Add grapefruit, water, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • (Optional) Place a strainer over a large bowl and pour the blended grapefruit juice to the strainer. Use a spoon and press the juice through the sieve.
  • Pour the juice into a tall glass and add optional ice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
