Ingredients
4swordfish fillets
3tablespoonslemon juice
1/4cupolive oil
2tablespoonswine vinegar
½teaspoondried basil
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Whisk together lemon juice, oil, wine vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish that’s big enough to hold your swordfish.
Place the swordfish into the dish and rub the marinade around the fish thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wraps and let the fish marinate for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat your grill to 450°F. Once hot, brush the oil on the grates.
Remove swordfish fillets from the marinade and place them onto the grill.
Grill for 5-8 minutes each side or until the fish has cooked through and it flakes easily with a fork. Serve and enjoy!
