Ingredients
7 ouncescanned red salmon
1tablespoonmayo
lettuce leaves
4slicesbread of your choice
Instructions
Drain the salmon and then remove the skin.
Add the salmon to a bowl. Then mash with a fork.
Add mayo and mix well.
Lay a slice of bread on a cutting board. Add lettuce leaves, salmon filling. Then top with the second slice of bread.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
