1scoop vanilla protein powder
½cupsmooth peanut butter
1cupbanana puree
¼cupcocoa powder
stevia or Splendaoptional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients into a thick and smooth batter.
Spoon the batter onto the sheet pan, and spread evenly.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or just enough that a skewer comes out clean.
Remove the brownie from the oven and allow it to cool for a few hours before cutting it into small pieces. Serve and enjoy!
