4green onions sliced
For marinating the pork belly
1teaspoonminced garlic
½teaspoonminced ginger
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
Instructions
Marinate the pork belly with garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil for about 20 minutes.
Place the marinated pork into a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Pan fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Transfer pork belly to a plate, and add green onions on the side. Serve with steamed buns or your favorite sides.
