Ingredients
3cans baked beans
1poundlean ground beef
1medium oniondiced
1bell pepperdiced
1/3cupBBQ sauce
1/3cupketchup
1/4cuplight brown sugar
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonsoy sauce
optional chopped parsleyfor serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 x 9 casserole dish, and set aside.
Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes and then drain away any grease.
Stir in the onions and red bell pepper. Continue to cook until beef is brown and veggies have softened.
Add BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
Add the baked beans. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 minutes.
Remove it from the oven. Allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes.
