Ingredients
6ozextra-firm tofu
1tablespoonolive oil
1/3cupwhite oniondiced
2clovesgarlicminced
1/4cupnutritional yeast
juice from ½ lemon
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Scramble the tofu in a small bowl with a fork or hands.
Stir in the nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Add the mixture to onions and cook for a few more minutes, until tofu is heated all the way through. Serve and enjoy!
