  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Spread the flour out in an even layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave at full power in 30-second intervals until the temperature reaches 165°F. This will take approximately 90 seconds. Set aside to cool. The flour can also be baked in an oven preheated to 375°F for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the butter and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or a hand mixer, beat until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  • Beat in the milk and the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour until it is fully incorporated.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Place the dough in an airtight container or use plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
