Ukrainian Potato Salad Recipe

This Ukrainian potato salad is creamy and delicious. This is definitely the salad you want to bring to your next potluck.

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked Yukon potatoes
  • 2 large cooked carrots
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 15 ounces canned sweet peas
  • 8 pickles thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, carrots, and eggs. Slice everything and add them to a large bowl.
  • Rinse the canned peas in cold water and then add them to the salad.
  • Toss in sliced pickles and onion and gently stir everything up.
  • Toss in mayonnaise and serve immediately.
