Tai Chien Chicken is a Szechuan-style stir fry. It’s made with boneless chicken thighs, bell peppers, celery, chicken broth, minced ginger, hot sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and salt and pepper. It’s typically served over steamed white rice.
