- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler. Pat the cod with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
