Best Albanian Stew Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of beef
- 4 onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop onions. Add butter and oil to a saucepan and heat slightly. Sautée onions.
- When liquid dries up, toss in the meat. Stir and add tomato paste.
- Pour hot water over the meat and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 50 minutes.
