Ingredients

  • 7 ounces canned red salmon
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices bread of your choice

Instructions

  • Drain the salmon and then remove the skin.
  • Add the salmon to a bowl. Then mash with a fork.
  • Add mayo and mix well.
  • Lay a slice of bread on a cutting board. Add lettuce leaves, salmon filling. Then top with the second slice of bread.
