Two of my kids are extremely pick kids. My oldest son is great at trying new foods but my youngest two would eat the same thing every day if I let them. I’ve come up with a list of some easy lunch ideas to make them for lunches, whether they go to a public school or are homeschooled, like my kids are.
- Hummus & pita (We always buy our hummus at the store)
- Tzatziki & pita (We buy our tzatziki too)
- Homemade uncrustables using this tool from Pampered Chef
- Almost Fat Free Fruit Dip
- Pumpkin Pie Dip with fruit
- Muffin Tin Mini Pizzas
- 101 Ways to Make a PB&J
- Pizza Roll Ups
- Inexpensive and MUCH healthier lunchables
- Sandwiches but try a different bread (wrap, pita, Hawaiian rolls, hot dog buns)
- One container veggies & dip (this whole page is wonderful but I especially love how she puts the veggies & dip in step #2!
- Shredded BBQ Chicken Sammie
- Banana & Cream Cheese Sandwich
- Mini Corn Dog Muffins
- Bagel with cream cheese (think of all the flavors & combos you could make!)
- Chips & Salsa
- Cinnamon Apple Sandwich
- Baked Macaroni and Cheese Muffins
- Sloppy Joes
- Carrot Salad
- Soup (I have seen so many cute thermos’ out there lately!)
- Zesty Ham Roll Ups
- Sweet Fruit Salsa
- Baked Cinnamon Chips (you can use these with the fruit salsa above)
- No Bake Granola Bars
- Checkerboard Turkey Sandwich
- Guacamole & chips/veggies
- Lemon Meringue Drops
- Whole Grain Gingersnaps
- Salad (any veggies, meat, cheese, raisins, croutons)

- Cheese & crackers
- Gluten Free Granola Bars
- No Bake Energy Bites
- Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- Cheerios Muffins
- S’mores On The Go
- Cinnamon Ants on a Log
- Grilled Cheese Roll Ups
