I struggle with having meal plans ready for the week & that tends to lead to us eating out way too much. When I looked around for dinner recipes that were Weight Watchers friendly, I wanted things that were tasty & filling (because nothing is worse for me than being hungry at 9pm, let me tell you!)     I really need to come to decide something or I am really risking my health .I read what ideas they have out there and your the first that made this sound good and worth a try .I lost my partner of 20 yrs Nov 10 2012 from diabetes and it is not a desired diseased up for nothing or nobody .thank you for sharing

    I have never tried any home cooked weight watchers dishes. Once, out of curiosity I picked up a frozen meal and wasn’t very impressed. But, most frozen meals aren’t very good.

      I’m not a huge fan of most of the WW frozen meals. I like the Lean Cuisine ones better

        I’m always hungry!! UGH! I weigh more now than I did at 9 months pregnant! If thats not enough, I’m also going thru menopause! Needless to say,I’m only allowed 30 Weight Watchers points a day! Do you have any suggestions on something I can eat and feel satisfied and not so deprived?
        Losing hope not weight!!

          I hear you! Make sure you are drinking lots of water. I also find that drinking a diet soda sometimes will satisfy me for a while, though it’s obviosly not the healthiest of choices. Take advantage of your extra weekly points and use them as needed.
