
As we’re heading into a New Year, most of us are thinking about what resolutions we want to try to work on this year. For a lot of us, myself included, it’s the same one year & year again…to lose weight. Let’s be honest, it’s not always easy, especially if you have little kids that you also are cooking for. It’s one of the reasons that I have always loved Weight Watchers…you can take meals you already make & love and still enjoy them as a family.
