I am brand new to using essential oils but from what I have used, I am incredibly impressed. My youngest son has trouble with sleeping so I use some essential oils in a diffuser in his room. He also has a hard time focusing on schoolwork so I’ll use a mix of oils in a roller ball bottle and rub it on his wrists and bottom of his feet or use the diffuser then too. I can’t wait to try recipes for other things that will be better for our health. One thing I have seen a lot of are beauty products that are made using natural ingredients and essential oils. I just got started with essential oils too and I love that there are so many beauty products we can make that aren’t full of toxins – and they look beautiful!
