Cheese balls are one of my favorite party appetizers, and they’re perfect for holidays, game days and basically any festive occasion. There are cheese ball recipes or everyone: savory, sweet, spicy, even shaped into a snowman! Here are some of my favorites:
For Thanksgiving last year, I made a Cranberry Orange Cheese Ball and it became an instant family favorite. I’ve made it several times since and my 18-year-old son keeps asking me when I’m going to make it again.
I remember there always being cheese balls at family get-togethers when I was a kid, but I don’t really remember ever trying them.

Cheese balls are always a fun appetizer. The Easy Salsa Cheese Ball sounds the best to me!
I have a blue cheese ball recipe that I have never seen written or published since I got the recipe from a co-worker in 1979. It’s still requested by friends and neighbors so often that I just made more copies. We traveled in a motor home for ten years and so and it was easy to wow people with the cheese ball and put a recipe card beside it.
