Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 5 ounces yogurt ideally Greek yogurt or low-sugar yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • optional toppings for serving fresh or frozen fruits, etc.

Instructions

  • You can store your granola in the freezer if you want to plan ahead. Choose a healthy and tasty granola option that you like.
  • Rinse fruits and pat dry before tossing over granola mixture.
  • Add granola to your bowl to start. Top with fresh fruits, yogurt, and a drizzle of honey if you like. You can also add chia seeds.
