Truffle Sauce Recipe
Truffles are a type of mushroom prized for their rich earthy flavor. They are extremely expensive, largely because they’re difficult to source.

Servings 2
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated black truffle
- 3 tbsp beef stock
For Serving
- 8 oz cooked tagliatelle pasta
- 4 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
Crush the garlic cloves to release their flavor.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the olive oil, ground black pepper, and the crushed garlic.
Cook for about 30 seconds. Add the freshly grated black truffle and cook for another 30 seconds.
Pour in the stock and stir well to combine. Remove the garlic cloves.
Serve the cooked tagliatelle pasta with the truffle sauce, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and additional black pepper.
