Best Sides on the Grill Collection

You definitely cannot attend a BBQ without serving up or eating up some corn on the cob! It is the perfect compliment to any main dish at a BBQ. Simply boil them up or throw them on the BBQ with some butter, add a dash of salt and you are good to go! Keep in mind that they only stay warm for about 15 minutes afterwards!

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted or salted
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Remove silk and fold husks back. Then soak the corn in water for 15 minutes.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Then remove corn from the water. Pat dry with paper towles.
  • Place cobs on the grill and cook about 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
  • Once the corn is cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill,
  • Peel off husks and serve with butter and salt.
