Greek Salad with Kalamata Olives

Loaded with olives and vegetables, this greek salad is flavorful, refreshing, and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 English cucumber sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 5 oz feta cheese cubed
  • cup thinly sliced onions
  • cup fresh mint leaves
  • your favorite dressing

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add olives, cucumber, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and onions.
  • Drizzle with the dressing and very gently toss. Season to taste and serve.
