Vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Sprinkle salt in your cast iron skillet.
Soak some paper towels with oil, and rub the salt all over the bottom of the pan.
Rinse with water. If there’s still some residue left, simmer a little water in the pan for about 5 minutes.
Use dish soap to clean the pan with a cleaning brush.
Then use some paper towels to dry the pan thoroughly.
Pour some oil onto some paper towels.
Then rub the paper towels all around the inside and outside of the pan.
Place the pan upside down in the oven. Bake for about 1 hour.
Remove the pan from the oven (be careful as it’s extremely hot). Let it cool to room temperature.
