Martian Notifier SmartWatch

Have you ever seen a product that was super cool on the commercials or online but wondered if it could possibly be that cool in person? And then you got the product and you were so happy that it really was THAT cool? That’s what happened with us when we got to try out the Martian Notifier SmartWatch. It’s a watch but it’s not JUST a watch. In this day and age with the amount of technology available, this watch actually helps you stay in touch & receive important info, without your phone ever having to leave your purse or pocket.

The Martian Notifier is a beautiful watch that you can choose in all black, white & black or red & black. The analog watch has an integrated OLED readout so it’s easy to read when you’re in a meeting at work or talking to people out at lunch (when pulling a phone out would be rude). You can read real-time alerts and notifications from any alert you would normally receive on your iOS or Android device – Caller ID, texts, Facebook, Twitter, Weather, Email, Calendar, Instagram, Pinterest, favorite games, bank alerts, fitness stats, sports scores, news headlines and more! You can also customize the alert vibration so you’ll now that a short vibration of the watch is a text message, while a long text is caller ID alerting you to a phone call. You can also pick & choose which notifications to get on your watch so you’re not constantly getting vibrations on your wrist.

While I got this for my husband to have, my 15 year old son become the model for the pictures for this review and after looking around at the watch, he’s in love with it and wants it for himself! He loved that once you get a notification, you can tap on the glass of the watch to see the message again, for up to 5 minutes after he originally got it. The other thing that we all loved is that you can set the watch to camera mode and remotely control your smartphone’s camera to take a group picture or a picture from further away (once you press the button, your phone will take a picture 3 seconds later). Another great feature, is that on the watch, you can choose “Find Phone” and your phone will sound an alarm and it makes it very easy to find. This is perfect for someone like me who is always putting their phone down somewhere and then can never find it again!

Pairing the Martian Notifier is pretty simple (instructions are included). You do have to download the Martian Notifier App onto your compatible Android smart phone or tablet or onto your compatible iPod, iPad, iPhone devices.

The Martian Notifier watch also comes with a micro-USB cable that allows you to plug it into your SmartWatch & then connect it to your computer to charge it. The battery  has 5 days of use time, 2 hours charging time (separate analog watch battery runs for up to 2 years).

The Martian Notifier Smartwatch would be a perfect Holiday gift for the techy or person on-the-go in your life. You can find out more about Martian Watches by visiting their website and you can also follow them on social media: Facebook | Twitter | YouTube | Pinterest | Instagram
